Jennifer Oliver received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Westwood College in 2012. Ms. Oliver has been with BSS Rubidoux RRC since November 2012 and has served in many positions, learning all aspects of the RRC operations. In her 13 years of dedicated service, she worked as security, as Social Services Coordinator, then as Administrative Assistant, to Assistant Program Director and most recently, was promoted to Program Director, January 2025. Ms. Oliver brings a wide breadth of experience and knowledge to the position and is uniquely qualified to be Program Director.
